Shopping in our online store is very simple: just choose an item, add it to your basket and place your order using your preferred payment method. All prices include VAT.

ORDERS
Price
The products are sold at the indicated price, the value shown at the time the order is confirmed by the customer being valid.
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you have paid.
Our prices are in Euros.
Taxes
All prices include the current Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclude shipping costs, which vary depending on the number of products purchased and the destination country.
Order confirmation
After making the payment, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
Delivery
Shipping costs start at €4.50. The cost varies depending on the delivery method and destination chosen and will always be specified at checkout. We offer free shipping from €30 to the Iberian Peninsula (excluding the islands: Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands).
Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, we will ship the order within the time period indicated in the confirmation email and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform the customer of this circumstance and give them the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Please note, however, that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Order cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us at: info@lurskinfood.com .
Once you have received the tracking information email for your items, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
After-sales service / Exchanges and returns
At LUR NATURAL SKINFOOD, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund the full value of the product when the claim is made within 30 days of the date of your purchase.
Please send us an email describing the problem with the product in as much detail as possible, and include your order number or order confirmation.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of the merchandise.
Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Payment method
Payments for orders can be made by credit card, through a PayPal account, via MBWay, Multibanco or Payshop. We can also provide our IBAN, if the customer prefers payment by bank transfer.

PayPal and the card payment system, Checkout.com, are the most reliable, secure and fastest way to make online payments. In fact, as payments are collected directly by PayPal and Adyen BV, LUR NATURAL SKINFOOD does not have access to customers' bank details.
We reserve the right to use commercial data independently to study purchasing habits and behaviors.

We pay close attention to information regarding the characteristics of the products through technical descriptions, list of ingredients, instructions for use and photographs illustrating the products. All of this is done in accordance with good art and the best market standards.
