OBJECT
The object of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase is the supply by LUR NATURAL SKINFOOD of the products marketed in its online store, in exchange for a monetary value.

LUR NATURAL SKINFOOD's priority is customer satisfaction and it wants to achieve this through excellent service. It therefore guarantees the quality of the products delivered and their delivery under the terms set out below.

How to buy on our website
Buying from our online store is very simple: just choose an item, add it to your basket and place your order, using your preferred payment method. All prices include VAT.

ORDERS
Prices
Products are sold at the price indicated, and the price shown when the customer confirms the order is valid.
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you have paid.
Our prices are in Euros.
Taxes
All prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, but exclude shipping costs, which vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country of destination.
Order confirmation
After making payment, the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
Delivery
Shipping costs start at 4.50 euros. The cost varies depending on the choice of delivery method and destination and will always be specified at checkout. We offer free shipping from 30 euros for the Iberian Peninsula (not including the islands: Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands).
Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, we will ship the order within the timeframe indicated in the confirmation email and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this and give you the option of proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Please note, however, that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Canceling your order
You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us at: info@lurskinfood.com.
Once you have received the tracking information email for your items, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
After-sales service / Exchanges and returns
At LUR NATURAL SKINFOOD, we stand by every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a full refund of the value of the product when the claim is made within 30 days of the date of your purchase.
Send us an email describing the problem with the product in as much detail as possible, and include the order number or order confirmation.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and the safe return of the goods.
Most returns are processed within 3-5 working days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return or exchange has been processed.

pAYMENT
Payment method
Payments for orders can be made by credit card, through a PayPal account, by MBWay, Multibanco or Payshop. We can also provide our IBAN if the customer prefers to pay by bank transfer.
Privacy and security
PayPal and the Checkout.com card payment system are the most reliable, secure and fastest way to make online payments. As payments are collected directly by PayPal and Adyen B.V, LUR NATURAL SKINFOOD does not have access to customers' bank details.
We reserve the right to use commercial data independently to study purchasing habits and behavior.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We pay great attention to information about the characteristics of the products through technical descriptions, lists of ingredients, instructions for use and photographs illustrating the products. All of this is done in accordance with good craftsmanship and the best market standards.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our website or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service or any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
