2. Does it not irritate the eyes?
No. It can be used to remove eye make-up — including waterproof mascara — without irritating or stinging. This is one of the most appreciated features by those who use it daily.
3. What is double cleansing?
Double cleansing is a Korean technique that consists of two steps: first an oil (to dissolve makeup and sunscreen), then a second product (gel, soap or toner) to finish the cleanse. LUR cleansing oil is the ideal first step, especially on days with more makeup or intense sun exposure.
4. Does it leave a greasy residue on the skin?
No. Upon contact with water, the oil transforms into a soft milk that rinses off easily and leaves no greasy residue. The skin is left clean, soft and hydrated, not oily.
5. Can I use it morning and night?
Yes, it is recommended as the first step of your morning and evening routine. In the morning, it removes impurities accumulated during sleep. In the evening, it removes make-up, sun cream, and urban pollution before applying serum and cream.
6. How long does a package last?
The 100ml size lasts approximately 3 to 4 months with daily use, morning and night. A small amount is sufficient — the oil spreads easily. The 30ml size is ideal for travel or for trying out the product. The 100ml size is also available with a refill cap, which is more economical for those who know they'll be keeping it.
7. Is it safe during pregnancy?
The formula does not contain retinol, salicylates in active concentration, or ingredients classified as contraindicated during pregnancy. However, it does contain Parfum — we recommend consulting your doctor before introducing new products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
8. Are the ingredients all-natural?
90% of the ingredients are of natural origin — mainly cold-pressed vegetable oils. The remaining 10% include a synthetic surfactant (PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate), which is responsible for the transformation into milk upon contact with water. Without it, the oil would not emulsify and would be much harder to rinse off. We do not use the label "100% natural" because it would not be true — but every ingredient has a reason to be here.
