How to use?

Hot use

Place the pack in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. Always test the temperature before applying — if it is too hot, let it cool for a few moments before use.

Ideal for warming your hands, feet, bed, or areas of the body seeking warmth and comfort.

Cold use

Place the pack inside a suitable bag and put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove and apply to the area where you are seeking a refreshing sensation.
