2. What's the difference between serum and cream?
The serum is more concentrated in specific active ingredients – bakuchiol, coenzyme Q10, and oryzanol – and has a lighter texture. It is applied first, as a targeted treatment. The cream comes next, sealing in moisture and adding deep nourishment. Used together, they complement each other – the serum treats, the cream nourishes and protects.
3. Can I use it during pregnancy?
Bakuchiol is precisely the alternative to retinol for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as it does not have the contraindications associated with retinoids. The serum does not contain retinol, salicylates in active concentration, or problematic essential oils. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor before introducing new products during pregnancy.
4. Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Bakuchiol is highly tolerable for sensitive skin and this is one of its great advantages over retinol. Paraben-free, no dehydrating alcohol, no artificial colours. Dermatologically tested.
5. When will I start seeing results?
Bakuchiol and coenzyme Q10 work cumulatively. The first results — softer and more radiant skin — generally appear within the first 2 to 4 weeks. Visible reduction of fine lines and improved elasticity build up over 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use.
6. How long does a package last?
The 30ml size lasts approximately 3 to 4 months with daily use, morning and night. The 10ml size lasts about 3 to 4 weeks — ideal for travel or to try before committing to the larger size. 7. Are the ingredients all natural?
98% of the ingredients are of natural origin. The remaining 2% are synthetic functional ingredients — preservatives and emulsifiers — necessary to ensure stability and safety. We don't use the label "100% natural" because it wouldn't be true.
8. How much serum should I use per application?
Less than you think. Serum is highly concentrated – a pea-sized amount is enough for your face, neck, and décolletage. Using more will not speed up results. If your bottle is running out quickly, try reducing the amount and observe – skin absorbs what it needs, not what you put extra on.
