1. Does it contain alcohol?
No. It’s formulated without drying alcohol—one of the most common ingredients in conventional toners and a major culprit behind dryness and irritation. Skin is left feeling balanced and hydrated, not stripped.
2. Do I need to rinse?
No. Apply and let it dry, or gently massage until absorbed. It's precisely because it doesn't need rinsing that the toner allows the active ingredients to remain in contact with the skin, preparing it to better absorb the serum and cream that follow.
3. How do I apply?
After cleansing, spray directly onto the face or apply with a reusable cotton pad or muslin. Do not rinse. Follow with Well-Aging LUR serum and/or cream.
4. Is it suitable for oily or acne-prone skin?
Yes. Hop extract mattifies and reduces visible pores. No alcohol, no artificial colours, no ingredients that aggravate oiliness or imperfections. Suitable for all skin types.
5. Can I use it after sun exposure?
Yes, it is one of the most recommended uses. Hop extract and aloe vera soothe, refresh and help regenerate sun-exposed skin. In summer, try storing the toner in the fridge — the cooling effect is immediate.
6. Can I use it during pregnancy?
The formula does not contain drying alcohol, retinol or parabens. It contains Sodium Salicylate, a salicylate used as a preservative and pH regulator, in a very low concentration and different from salicylic acid in active use. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor before introducing new products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
7. How long does a package last?
The 100ml size lasts approximately 3 to 4 months with daily use morning and night. The 30ml size lasts about 3 to 4 weeks — ideal for travel or for trying out. The 100ml size is also available with a refill cap, which is more economical for those who know they'll be keeping it.
8. Are the ingredients all-natural?
98% of the ingredients are of natural origin. The remaining 2% are functional synthetic ingredients — preservatives and the surfactant Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate — necessary to ensure stability, safety, and efficacy. We do not use the "100% natural" label because it would not be true.
